I know everyone is in the mist of the hustle & bustle of back to school! Here we are in week 7 for the students & week 8 for the teachers. I personally find it hard to post at this time in the school year since I'm not in the classroom setting anymore. I haven't been in a homeroom teacher setting since the 2009-2010 school year. I've been working in Title I Reading, Reading Specialist & Literacy Coach setting since then. The past few years have been as a Literacy Coach, so that it the mindset I'm going to share with you all today. This is actually my current on going project that I have started but life has interrupted the production of that. So stay tuned, hopefully I can get a lot done on our upcoming road trip this coming weekend.

Not too long ago I created a FREE resource for the start of the school year. Words of Advice for Education Coaches. This FREE resource was put together to share my beliefs as a current Literacy Coach. The product contains 2 specific words of advice about mind set for all education coaches that work for me. Those are made in a printable format. The product also contains my top 10 tips to be a successful education coach. I wanted to share my learnings with others to help others gain success in this position as well.
